Job Description
As the Imaging Informatics Lead you will provide technical leadership in establishing goals and priorities and in the overall management of current and planned Clinical Imaging applications, services, and related technologies within The London Clinic

  • Job Type: (Full Time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week)
  • Hours: Monday- Friday within the core hours of 9am - 5.30pm. No out of hours contribution noted.

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures that the design and use of clinical imaging applications adhere to established TLC policies, procedures, and standards

  • Leads analysis of organizational needs for development and implementation of clinical imaging applications; interfaces with users to ensure that clinical imaging applications are developed which meet their business needs and specifications
  • Collaborates with enterprise subject matter experts and services in managing resolution of Clinical Imaging application incidents and requests Strategic Business/IT Alignment & Planning: Facility/Zone Business/IT Alignment, Strategic Planning
  • Provides escalation level support as a local medical imaging subject matter expert to resolve incidents or fulfill higher level requests.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum three to five years’ experience with medical imaging application experience in related clinical field
  • Working knowledge of computer based medical imaging applications: Integration of ePR, PACS, VNA, CVIS, Soliton and RIS, Working knowledge of PACS fundamentals: Industrial Standards (HL7 and DICOM) & Workflow Protocols (IHE)
  • To possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, reflecting professional attitude at all times
  • Excellent knowledge of PACS, RIS and VNA
