We are planning some potential new PACS/RIS supplier workshops as part of a procurement process and would be grateful for any input as to what format has worked for you.
Do you provide an agenda or allocate the time and let the supplier use it as they feel best?

In Cheshire & Mersey Fiona we used the QE Gateshead NHS Framework central procurement process
For each session we had with suppliers though we did provide a starter agenda but we were very much led in a fixed pathway throughout with time for Q&As at all stages ā very transparent and fair to all parties
It really saved time for all CAM trusts concerned in our instance and we added one more new Trust to the group
Iām not sure what your timeline is but I could ask our procurement lead if they could share knowledge with GM if that would help?
