I recently got an interview invite from an NHS trust for their Band 6 PACS System Admin position. Could you guys help me out with the possible interview questions? Posting the JD below and PS. Im from a radiographer background and got formal training in PACS dept and a PACS certification .
To ensure wherever possible that the PACS is operational.
*2) To train key Trust staff, both within and outside of the Imaging *
*Department, to become key operators of the PACS system, to *
*facilitate the cascade training of existing staff and the induction *
training of new staff.
3) To manage the regular housekeeping requirements of PACS
*4) To monitor equipment performance and provide first line PACS *
*system support within the radiology department and *
*communicating with users in relation to planned and unplanned *
downtime
Essential criteria
- Educated to Degree Level or equivalent relevant experience
- Hold HCPC Registration
Desirable criteria
- Demonstrates an interest in ongoing personal development
- Computing related Qualification.
- Train the Trainer experience
- DCR/BSc Radiography
